At PurpleFlip, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns, replacements, and refunds under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is missing parts or accessories

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original invoice/order confirmation must be provided
  • Product tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@purpleflip.store
  2. Share your:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos
    • Reason for return
  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared

Please ensure the product is packed securely for return pickup.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be requested for refund processing

5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • If prepaid orders are cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
